Yes, I think definitely rude. It is an inside joke and the first intention isn't to be rude, but nevertheless, to those who do not understand the beauty and legitimacy of the traditional Mass, it would come as a slap. What's the point? Better to pray and to silently rejoice. Love is gentle...even though it doesn't seem as much fun sometimes.

I'm not sure if it's official "bumper sticker". I think it was actually created more for the blog world. I wouldn't put it on my car if it was one(Although I do have an "It's Better in Latin" from a favorite blogger of mine that sells on Cafe Press ;)
It could easily be made into a bumper sticker, via CafePress but as John 14:15 above said, it would be rude. I really like the one you mentioned. I know how to find that blogger.Thanks!
